Easy Ways To Pay

At Chris Rudd Solicitors, we want to make that as simple and as clear as possible. So, here’s how we can take payment to avoid any headaches that might occur.

Can I Pay by Bank Transfer?

Yes, we do accept payment by bank transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please give us a call for our banking details. Or, you can request these details by email from admin@chrisruddsolicitors.co.uk.

Can I Pay by Card Over the Phone?

The quickest, simplest, and most secure way for you to pay is over the phone. That we, you can get it done and dusted straight away. And, we can guide you through the process.

When taking payments, we’ll ask only for the card details, so we can charge your account. We won’t hold anything on file after a payment has been made unless you are happy for us to do so.

Can I Pay by Cheque?

An alternative method for you to make a payment is by cheque. You can fill out a cheque and post it to the address below:

When writing a cheque, please quote our reference number on the attaching letter. Please confirm with your solicitor when your cheque has been sent by email to admin@chrisruddsolicitors.co.uk, so we know to expect it.

Can You Do Payment Plans?

If you have a payment to make that is a little larger than you’d like to pay at once, please get in touch to discuss a payment plan. It might be easier for you to make a few broken-down payments over a couple of months, rather than paying in one lump sum. If so, we’ll try to accommodate that to ease the pressure on you.

However, we do expect to be paid in reasonable time. Where we arrange a payment plan, it is generally so that we are paid as the work is being done. So, rather than being paid upfront for extensive work, we would get paid as each stage of work is completed. This is simply to ensure that we are able to complete the work sufficiently, and to avoid excessive delays in being paid for our work.
