What We Do

We help people with key issues in their daily lives, so we specialise in areas such as housing disrepair claims, property disputes, and conveyancing.

Our clients live and work all over the UK and we deal with courts and experts all over the UK too. That means we need to be great communicators. So, we need staff who are fantastic at dealing with people over the phone and online.

Our Values

We want lawyers who can talk and write to our clients using words they understand. No Legal jargon. No convoluted explanations. Keep it simple and effective.

Our clients need us to be accessible so they can speak to us when they need us. We are not local to most of our clients so they can’t just pop in to see us. So, trust must be earned by making ourselves available and giving them good, simple advice.

Clients who get the result they want from us are happy clients. We always work with that in mind. Our goal is always to achieve what our client asked for when they first got in touch.

With this in mind, our core values are:

  1. Always use clear simple language.
  2. Clients should have easy access to their lawyer.
  3. To achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

A big part of this is investing in our staff and their professional development.

Matthew is an experienced litigator who was looking for a training contract. We don’t pass up the chance to work with skilled litigators, so a training contract was arranged and Matthew is now a fully qualified solicitor and our head of litigation.

Thomas, who manages our in-house marketing, started working with us as a marketing apprentice and has since completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.

Where We Are

We work in a friendly, open plan office, close the the center of Warrington. Travelling to and from the office is easy as we are close to the bus station, both of Warrington’s train stations, and there is parking opposite our office.

Plus, being based on a high street means we’re also close to shops, restaurants, and bars.

Our Marketing and Our Clients

We run our own in-house marketing, meaning you will be dealing with clients who contacted us directly – not clients who have been passed from disinterested referrers.

You will also be given the opportunity to get involved in our marketing, if that interests you. But, we want you to focus on what you’re best at. So, you won’t have to deal with the nitty gritty of initial calls and retainers. We have an client liaison team to handle this, letting you focus on your case load.
